What’s in a module

Three pieces, 60–90 minutes of learning.

Each module is built around what your people need to do differently on the job. The video introduces, the guide teaches, the branching scenario checks they can apply it. The pictures show the cast of the sample module.

  1. Illustration of a new hire waving next to the title card of an onboarding video, “Welcome to Alderpoint”.

    Animated video

4 minutes, natural en-US voiceover and captions. It sets the context and shows what good looks like.

  2. Illustration of a new hire holding a tablet while her onboarding buddy explains, next to a guide question card, “Who to ask”, with one answer checked.
    02

    Interactive guide

9 short chapters with visuals, practice questions and a takeaway learners can use on the job.

  3. Illustration of a branching decision: a teammate offers a new hire his login, and three options are shown, with “Open a ticket and tell your lead” highlighted.

    Branching scenario

A realistic situation with 3 decisions: learners choose, see the consequence and get feedback. It checks that people can apply what they learned.

How it works

A five-day sprint, from workshop to SCORM.

You approve before anything is produced. The clock pauses while a review is with your team.

  1. Day 0

    Discovery workshop

90 minutes, remote, with your stakeholders. Together you set the objectives, the learner profile and the base script. The six-question brief below prepares it.

  2. Day 1–2

    Script and storyboard

You review the script, the guide outline and the scenario branches in a 24-hour window.

  3. Day 3–4

    Production

Video, guide and scenario are built from the approved script. You review the draft in a second 24-hour window.

  4. Day 5

    Final module and SCORM

Final files and three SCORM 1.2 packages (video, guide and scenario), tested before handoff and ready to upload to your LMS.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is it this fast?

The format is fixed and production is AI-assisted: voiceover, animation drafts and first drafts of the guide. Every module is designed against a written learner profile and an objectives → activities → assessment alignment matrix, reviewed before production, and you approve the script before anything is produced.

What does "5 business days" include?

5 business days from your discovery workshop to the final module. The clock pauses while a review is with your team. Each review is a 24-hour window, and if a review takes longer, delivery moves by the same number of days. With several modules, they run in sequence. One workshop covers a whole pack.

Are revisions included?

Yes, 2 rounds: one on the script and storyboard, one on the production draft. Approving the script before production is what keeps delivery predictable.

What do you need from us?

The six-question brief, your source material (slides, policies, SOPs or a recording), the right stakeholders in the 90-minute workshop, and one person who can approve each review.

What language are the modules in?

US English: natural en-US voiceover, captions and on-screen text. Translation is not included; ask on the call if you need another language.

Will it work in our LMS?

SCORM 1.2 runs in the major corporate LMSs. Every package is validated against the SCORM 1.2 schema and tested in a SCORM 1.2 runtime before handoff. If you share an LMS sandbox, it is also tested there. You receive three SCORM packages: video, guide and scenario.

Who owns the module?

You own the module you receive. Third-party assets (music, fonts, voice) are licensed for your use.

Can we edit it later?

You receive the HTML source of the guide and the scenario, the script, and the final video files with captions and transcript. It is not a Rise or Storyline file: your team can edit the HTML in a code editor, or ask the studio for a quote on changes.

How does payment work?

The founding-client module is paid upfront. Single modules and packs: 50% to book the discovery workshop, 50% on delivery. Payments are non-refundable once the discovery workshop has taken place. If a delivered module misses the objectives agreed in the workshop, one extra review round is included at no cost. Invoiced in USD after a 30-minute call; pay by card or bank transfer. An NDA is available on request.

What topics do you cover?

Corporate onboarding is the focus. Compliance and sales-enablement modules use the same format.

Your next onboarding module, ready 5 business days after your discovery workshop.

Reserve one of the 3 founding-client spots at $950. It counts as module 1 of a 3-pack signed within 60 days. Or book a call to plan a pack. One workshop covers a whole pack; modules run in sequence, 5 business days each.
